Description
Travel the Texas Plains Trail to step back into Texas' agricultural area and see miles of golden stalked fields as far as the eye can see. The form of the giant oil pumps stand luminous on the golden stretches, telling of the area's new economy. As you drive you will encounter large, white windmills and quaint farm homes. In this place where cattle have overgrazed the native grasses, and the buffalo have since disappeared, Native Americans once lived and prospered, the great Comanche War Path, crosses this historic land.
