Direction to the Property from Interstate 44 East. - Traveling from Oklahoma City, take exit 215. Then go North on Highway 97 (Sand Springs) for about eight miles, in Sand Springs take Highway 51 & 64 East. Get off on the next exit which is 81st West Avenue. Direction to the Property from Interstate 44 West. - Traveling from Joplin, take Interstate 244 West or US Highway 412 West toward Tulsa, for about eight miles. In downtown Tulsa the two highways split. Keep following US Highway 412 West to Sand Springs, exit 81st West Avenue. Direction to the Property from US Highway 75 North. - Traveling from Dallas, take US Highway 64 and 51 West around Downtown Tulsa, go four miles to Sand Springs, exit 81st West Avenue. Direction to the Property from the east or the west. - Take US Highway 412 and 64 take exit 81st West Avenue.
